1. Proprietary technology The boiler uses a fully wet back combustion chamber, which is welded 100% with the back tube plate,resulting in lower stress and higher reliability. 2. Large-diameter corrugated furnace The combustion chamber of the boiler is composed of a large-diameter corrugated furnace,which has a large combustion space, complete fuel combustion, and efficient heat absorption. The large radiation heating surface effectively reduces the emission of nitrogen oxides, ensuring compliance with the specified emission limits. 3. Sufficient thermal power The heating surface area of the boiler is designed with ≥25m²/steam ton, which fully absorbs effective heat, and has low exhaust gas temperature and minimal heat loss, ensuring high efficiency and sufficient output. 4. High-quality steam The large shell diameter and water capacity of the boiler allow it to adapt to changes in load and ensure stable output. The large steam space volume and high distance between the steam-water interface and the steam outlet result in low steam humidity. 5. Adequate safety margin The combustion chamber of the boiler is arranged at a low position, and the water level is strictly controlled in accordance with national regulations, with sufficient safety margin to ensure safe operation of the boiler. 6. Multi-functional safety explosion-proof device The rear panel of the boiler is equipped with an explosion-proof device that is connected to the furnace, preventing the release of high energy during violent fuel combustion in the furnace. It has automatic reset function, a fire observation mirror, and maintenance channels, making combustion flame adjustment, furnace inspection, and maintenance convenient during operation. 7. Convenient inspection inside the boiler The boiler has a manhole on the top and unique handhole devices at the front, rear,and bottom for easy inspection and cleaning inside the boiler. 8. Unique sealing for front and rear smoke boxes The smoke box has a double-opening door, multi-stage labyrinth sealing, and specially made sealing materials with good compressibility, fully preventing smoke gas leakage, and can be reused. 9. Reliable pressure and water level protection The boiler has multiple control and protection systems for pressure, water level, and superheated steam temperature to ensure safe operation of the boiler. 10. Advanced automatic control The boiler controller uses Siemens/DELIXI electrical components, and has three forms of control:regular type, Chinese-English menu type with LCD display, and touch screen type with human-machine dialogue remote control. It is highly reliable and provides advanced automatic control. |

The outlet pressure of the gas system's pressure regulating station is generally 50-300 mbar for natural gas. If it is lower than 50 mbar, the burner valve group needs to be specially configured. 4. The range of supply for gas burner valve groups includes ball valves, filters, pressure regulating valves, combined solenoid valves, leak detection devices, and gas pressure switches. |
