The Steam Peeling Machine is a high-efficiency peeling solution specially designed for root vegetables and fruits such as potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, and beets. This equipment uses high-temperature, high-pressure saturated steam (e.g., 200°C, 1.2MPa)inside a sealed pressure chamber to rapidly soften the skin of the product. Once the steaming is complete, the steam is quickly released, causing a sudden pressure drop that detaches the loosened skin, achieving efficient and low-loss peeling.
This machine is widely used in vegetable processing plants, frozen food factories, and potato chip production lines, providing fast and reliable performance with minimal waste.
